The information on these pages came from headstone pictures taken by Dorman Holub, Helen Parker, Alkmena Blount Barger, myself, and others, and also from older cemetery listings. 
Most names were taken from 'Jack County Cemeteries' a book by Paul Smith. He always wanted to help with genealogy, and with his permission, his data is included here.

Paul W. Smith (September 15, 1926 - July 12, 2007)
He was an Funeral Director for Hawkins Funeral Home in Jacksboro from 1941 until 1983. He moved to Austin and worked for Harrell Funeral Home from 1984 until he retired in 1988. He spent countless hours updating and logging information online for Jack County Cemeteries; a service that has been immensely helpful to many as they researched their genealogy online.

Douglas Harris, of Houston, dougy.harris42@gmail.com has sent in lots of (extra information) that he found in census, birth, marriage, obituary, and funeral home records. His additions are included in the names (middle, maiden, or nick names), in the 'Information Notes', and also in more complete birth and death dates.

by Jack Loftin and Avis Radford
