In Jan 2013 681 headstones were photographed, but in the listing done by the cemetery association and by Paul Smith, there were 26 additional burials. Those are included below and have (No Picture) in the right column.
Doug Harris, of Houston, sent in lots of (extra information) that he found in census, birth, marriage, obituary, and funeral home records.
Added information also is from the book 'Complete Cemetery Census of Jack County 1837-2003'

Gibtown Cemetery Association Newsletter of April 2019
The Cemetery Work Day is coming up on Saturday April 13th. Work usually starts around 9:30 A. M. until we get tired. Hope some of you will be able to come and help. There will be trimming of the fence lines. Cutting new growth on those bushes the little birds keep planting in the cemetery and picking up the faded flowers left on grave sites.
The headstone repair man Mr. Gaskill is no longer able to do the work repairing headstones. Another man was contacted and he was to repair the ones in need by the 1st of April. He has not shown up so we talked to the man with the monument company on how to go about doing this. He generously explained how to do it and with the help of some of the members maybe we can accomplish the task.
Those of you, who used the little metal funeral home markers for your reserve space need to replace them with a stone. Some of these disappeared in the June Storm. Those of you have reserved spaces and have not marked them with a stone are in danger of loosing the space. Kathy and I volunteered to do that last year but we are not able to do that anymore. Several took us up on the offer and we had to find some extra help to do it. There are still some burials that do not as yet have permanent stones to mark the grave site. Temporary markers seem to disappear and the grave becomes unknown. Kindly see that your loved one is properly honored by placing their marker soon.
Remember the burial plot was free for your loved one, but it is your responsibility to care for the site. This has been made easy, you simply make a donations to the Cemetery Association and it is taken care of. The cemetery has a caretaker who does a great job. Those of you who have reserved a plot, those plots have to be mowed and cared for also.
The names of the ones from the mailing list that we have not heard from in the past ten years will be deleted from the mailing list. Also, if you would let us send your letter by e-mail that would save money. The cost of the ink, paper, envelopes and stamps add up when sending out 100 newsletter. If you do not wish to receive the newsletter, please let us know, for this will also save money.
Send your donation to the Gibtown Cemetery Association P. O. Box 334, Perrin, Texas 76486. Note as to which fund you wish to have it go to. General Fund, Memory Board, Headstone Restoration or Veterans Memorial. Those wishing to add a name to the Memory Board will need to make a donation of $100.00, this money goes into the endowment fund. The money to the Veterans Memorial is for the adding of names to the Memorial Stone. Names to be added are Jimmy Pat Counts Spec 4 USA, Woody Lee Hackney USN, Benjamin F. Hayes CSA Co B ARK CAV., William B. Stewart CSA Co C 27 REGT GA INF. Please let us know if we have missed anyone.

October is the time of the year when The Gibtown Cemetery Association host the Gibtown Homecoming . The corona virus has changed that this year.
I know there are those who like to come to visit the cemetery at this time.  The Fellowship Hall of The Gibtown Baptist Church will be open for those coming to rest and eat their lunch. The date is October 18th, 2020.
Donations for the care of the cemetery have fallen, only five donations have been reeceived for the year.  The upkeep of the cemetery will depend on your love and donations.
