Several very good old pictures are below of the Gunter, Laycock and Barrow families.
Some of members of these families are buried at Los/Lost Creek Cemetery.

I have several old pictures that I believe are of the family of Wiley and Barbara Gunter
Was wondering if you knew of anyone who might be able to help identify. Here is one.
I’m not sure if taken in Jacksboro or Jack County.
Store fronts are WB Williams Groceries, Cyclone Office, and maybe Sullivan Restaurant.
Mostly curious about location.

Thanks,

Please email Melissa Burks or Sue Tackel Sue@JackCoTX.com if you know anything about these pictures

The first 5 pictures had labels, but the next 8 did not.
All of these pictures we’re in an old suitcase given to my husband’s aunt.
She got them from her father O.F. Gunter who got them from his father Oscar “Pod” Gunter-Son of Zack and Minnie Gunter.
I don’t know who any of them are or where taken. I assume Gunter family and anywhere from Jack County, TX to western OK.
